The Hydro Glo Medical Weight Loss Program. Ninety days, in Charlotte.
Christine DiNoia, RN, thirty-four years of nursing. She starts every patient at the lowest dose and speaks to them before every increase.
Who the program is for.
- Adults in the Charlotte area starting a GLP-1 for the first time.
- Adults who stopped one because of how it made them feel.
- Adults who have finished a GLP-1 course and want to hold the result.
Christine declines a patient when the telehealth prescriber’s review says the medication is wrong for them.
Every plan starts with a telehealth appointment with a board-certified medical provider. That is a requirement before medication, and it is in the price.
What ninety days includes.
- The telehealth appointment with a board-certified medical provider.
- The medication, semaglutide or tirzepatide, shipped to you.
- A written titration plan, built for you at the first visit.
- A call with Christine before every dose increase.
- Coaching on what to eat alongside it.
- Her phone number between visits.
- The taper at the end, and the coaching through it.
The schedule.
- Week 0. The 30-minute consultation. History, goals, and the telehealth appointment.
- Month 1. Lowest dose. Christine calls before anything changes.
- Month 2. Review, then the dose moves or holds.
- Month 3. Review, and the taper plan.
- After. Coaching for a month or two while your body adjusts.
What Christine watches.
- Weight.
- How the dose is tolerated, before every increase.
- Side effects, by name, as you report them.
- Labs, drawn and read in her office, when the plan calls for them.
The method is slow on purpose.
Christine starts every patient on the lowest dose.
She speaks to each one before the dose goes up.
She coaches what to eat alongside it.
“I’ve had like a hundred clients and not one of them has been nauseous more than maybe a twinge here and there.”Christine DiNoia, RN, 4 September 2026
“It’s because we start so slow. We go so slow. We talk to them before they increase their dose, but we manage them appropriately.”Christine DiNoia, RN, 4 September 2026
That is her record so far. Every body responds differently, and she says so at the first visit.
The protocol, written down.
What ninety days costs.
Six people who enrol together pay $25 a month less each.
Add to the program.
- B12, glutathione, Tri-Immune, NAD+. Single injections, in office. See the bench
- The Lean Edit. An IV built to run alongside a GLP-1 cycle. See the six drips
Three things people ask before they start.
Does it make you sick?
Nausea is the common report on a GLP-1. A dose raised slowly is tolerated better. Christine raises it slowly and calls first. Her record to date is on this page, in her words.
What if the pharmacy is late?
It has happened. When it does, she tells you the day she knows, and she covers the gap.
What happens when I stop?
The program is built to taper you off. She coaches for a month or two afterwards while your body adjusts.
